Hi, my name is Michelle. Whether it was climbing trees in my backyard as a kid or being part of traveling athletic teams, fitness has always been a part of my life. I earned a full athletic scholarship to Syracuse University in which I learned and participated in different fitness programs in order to achieve a superior level of fitness so I could compete with some of the top athletes in the world. I am experienced with cross-fit, HIIT workouts, TRX workouts and most endurance activities that will increase cardiovascular endurance such as swimming, running and biking. While athletic training would be my expertise, I would definitely consider myself an all-around fitness fanatic who is reasonable and approachable. It is important to me that my client has an equal share with me in order to achieve fitness goals. It is my responsibility to motivate, educate and communicate with my client in order to have success in our fitness journey together.
