Welcome to The Faktory
Muay Thai is a great way to get fit, lose weight, build your confidence, workout the stresses of the day and have fun. All levels are welcome, if you want to get in the ring and compete to the highest level, that’s great but we have plenty of members who just train to enjoy the sport.

 

We run classes throughout the week, as well as offering 1-2-1 sessions for those of you who want some personal coaching. From the very basics up, our coaches will make sure you get all the help you need, but more importantly have fun.

 

Indeed there is a wealth of knowledge held by both coaches and other the members of the gym with regards to all things health and fitness, so there’s always someone around and give you some tips and advice with regards to fitness, strength and conditioning, nutrition and recovery.

 

It’s hard work at times, really hard work at times (don’t ask Jim for a game of cards) but it’s worth it!
