About Me

I’m Nancy Trunzo, a certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Belly Dance Professional. I work with Adults who want to reduce body aches and pains, eat foods they love, stay active, improve confidence, and manage stress. I do this by providing health and fitness education based on body affirming practices and continuing my education as a body positive fitness professional.

I’m a mom, a dancer, and a creative who loves educating people about the ways they can manage the speed bumps of everyday life. I am passionate about exploring situations with a playful mindset, using dance and movement as a means for self-expression, and making the most out of the resources that are available. I’m thrilled to share them with you.

What to Expect

We start with an introductory session so I can learn all about what you want. I want to know about your past experience with sports/fitness programs. I want to know what worked and didn’t work. I want to know about all the quirks your body has (injuries, surgeries, illnesses, etc). I want to know about your support system outside of our sessions. I want to know what kind of physical movement you enjoy and how much you get every day. From there I design a program specific to your needs and each week we build on this program. After 4 weeks we review, re-assess and design the next steps.
