What to Expect
Each session is tailored for each client's specific needs and goals. I have a variety of different exercises to keep your body guessing. We will start with a warm up, then do full-body circuits - infusing cardio into the workouts so your heart rate stays elevated as we strength train (the best way to burn fat!) - then stretching at the end. Stretching also includes back strengthening and stretching exercises through some yoga variations. But, we can always change things up as needed to make your sessions the perfect fit for you!
