Kru Wayne has had a passion for martial arts since a very young age. As a child he trained in Tae Kwon Do and Kung Fu. In his late teens and early 20's he found his passion in Muay Thai, training at a couple of gyms in the city where he was able to start his amateur fight career. To date, he has showcased his skills in the ring over 25 times, and holds the title for WKA Western Canadian Middleweight Muay Thai Champion (received in 2012).

Wayne's love for Muay Thai inspired him to open his own school with his wife Charleen in the summer of 2012 so he could share his passion. He continues to learn and expand his knowledge by participating in different courses, seminars and clinics around the country.

He has his CPR and First Aid certification.

Charleen was introduced and started training Muay Thai in 2008. In January of 2011, she started helping Wayne train for his competitions. Through his training, she found a love and passion for it as well.

In 2012, she supported Wayne's decision to start his own school and has many active roles as a co-owner. Charleen is active in the instruction of classes. helps coach the fighters for competitions, and manages all aspects of the business.

 

Charleen has her CPR & First Aid Certification.
