Hi, my name is Sarah. I'm passionate about helping my clients realize a better quality of life is within reach. I used to think working out and fitness was all about aesthetics and trying to look good, over time I've come to realize it's about to much more. It's about achieving a new level of confidence. It's about being able to keep up with your kids and grand-kids. It's about being able to feel good about your body, what you've accomplished, and do things you've never been able to do before.

What to Expect

You can expect to go through a warm up series with dynamic and corrective stretching exercises based off your goals and how your own body moves. We will then move into strength training, again based off your own goals and how your body moves, using a variety of equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands, and your own body weight. To finish, we will typically have a conditioning circuit and cool-down.
