About Me

Our studio is called JRT Fit. We start everyone with a Muscle Imbalance Assessment, which looks at every strength / weakness, muscle balance / imbalance, postural alignment, core and balance. Please understand that this is completely unique in the entire field created by a subject matter expert and fellow with the NBFE, Sean Johnson; founder of JRT Fit.

Most trainers conduct an assessment that only includes weight, body fat analysis, postural analysis, strength, and sometimes flexibility. Here, we don't do body fat, don't put you on the scale, and don't believe that just looking at you standing there does much good. Instead we look at 100 points of data during six specifically chosen exercises in order to figure out your overactive and underactive muscles.
