Spartan warrior elite started at sac state college as a few groups training then as the groups grew many couldn't afford training & many were not students of sac state making it impossible for many to train thus Spartan Warrior elite gym was born turning a two room massive garage into a fully functioning mma gym with one room having Olympic weight machines & the other a fully functioning mma training gym making this gym affordable so everyone could train then after a year swe took it to the next level with mma after 7 years of secrecy swe reavealed its biggest plan to teach a new style of mma called (hybrid mma style) combining 6 specific styles & new techniques created here new submissions,escapes,mofified stand up techniques ect... to take mma to the next level
