About Me

Hi, my name is Stephanie. I have extensive experience in training, having coached at one of NYC's best boutique gyms AND opening my own studio out here in LA. I specialize in kettlebell training and use them with my in-home training sessions.

I have a background in musical theater and shifted into training after I finally discovered a practice that worked for me after years of struggling with weight loss and my relationship to fitness.

What to Expect

We'll start with a dynamic warm-up and mobility work. We will work on strenth and conditioning for the entire body, targeting core work and cardio intervals for fat burning.
