Syracuse Boxing focuses on the fundamentals and basics of central importance in the art of boxing. The training is structured in one hour (15-round ) boxing training sessions. Highlights tailored per individual include;

The 15 round boxing training structure designed by Joseph Stray consists of stretching, shadow boxing, heavy bag work, explosive interval training, mitt work, and muscular isolation training.
