Team Hizo Boxing offers a fun and friendly introduction into the world of Boxing. No previous experience is necessary. The lessons are designed to cater from absolute beginners through to boxers training for upcoming events.
At Team Hizo Boxing we understand some people don't want to engage in sparring or compete in competition, therefore we've put together a range of lessons to suit all people's needs. We aim to make all classes both fun and friendly, and provide a place where you can learn new skills under professional guidance. Regardless of the class you attend, you will be learning real boxing technique under a professional boxing coach.

If you like boxing but have never tried, if you just want to train a little bit, you have some experience in the past or you are a professional boxer you are all more than welcome!
