I am very passionate and enthusiastic about Health and Fitness. I believe better health is achieved through nutrition and physical training. Before I choose to commit to good nutrition, I was on the border of high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I chose a path that helped me loose a substantial amount of weight and I've maintained it. I have a mission of Changing One Life at a Time, save people time and money from Pharmacy.
