FROM COACH RICH: As of today, a big leap of faith was taken. My fiancé, Bernice and I left our employment with a large corporate gym to bring back a name that will forever be held close to my heart. We're bringing back the name of my first gym that I opened in 04' in Connecticut, The Mango Tree Fitness Center. "The Tree" was more than a gym, more than an academy. It was a gathering place of like minded people where we'd come together and train, learn and grow together. It's not just a team we're building, it's a family. Our goal is to share passion, knowledge and experience through the gifts we've been given to better the lives of everyone we're blessed to teach.
