As with anything new, please be patient with yourself. Remember, it isn’t possible to get everything correct right away. Even the most advanced yogi or barre student is still in the process of learning. Come with an open mind, expect to have fun, breathe, sweat, and move. What Are The Benefits Of A Heated Class?
Heating the room will increase an individual's flexibility. For example, try bending glass and it will shatter. However, if you add heat, you can mold it into any desired shape. The human body responds to heat in much the same way. The heat is a natural way for your muscles to stretch and it also helps prevent injury. Additional benefits include enhanced immune system and promotion of weight loss.
