Depending on clients goals and fitness level, I will put you on a plan that's best for YOU. No person as the same plan because fitness must be personal and unique to your goals and your body. However, expect to SWEAT and work with me to feel CONFIDENT in the gym and in your meal plan. Fitness must be personal, we will create a plan that is completely results oriented, we want to set measurable goals to get you where you want to be. You will feel CONFIDENT.
