Beginner classes – These classes are designed to focus on fundamentals throughout the class. Members can expect a slightly slower pace and attention to detail.

Advanced classes – These classes are designed for those members looking for a more intense work out. Members can expect a slightly faster paced class, sparring, and an expectation that members attending have a basic knowledge in martial arts.

Jiu Jitsu (Gi and No Gi) – Jiu Jitsu is a martial art that was designed for self defense to allow a smaller person to defend against a larger attacker using leverage and technique. In recent years, Jiu Jitsu has blossomed from not just a self defense art, but to a fun and competitive combat sport.

Mixed Martial Art – MMA is a combat sport that implements both striking and grappling techniques. The rules allow athletes to strike their opponent both while standing and while grappling on the ground.

Lil’ Ninjas (3-5yrs) -These classes are designed to improve children’s confidence, focus, and health through entry level martial arts as well as gymnastics. Each class students will work on coordination, flexibility, athletisism, respect, and when it is ok to use their martial arts training. Our Lil’ Ninjas belting curriculum allows children to advance through the ranks by acquiring new and exciting techniques as well as showing improved focus during class.

Elite Ninjas (6-13yrs) – These classes provide a high level of martial arts training with a strong emphasis on discipline, respect, and focus. Students will work on developing higher levels of confidence, athleticism, and a strong martial arts base. The Elite Ninjas course is structured around our belting system. Our curriculum is designed to challenge students with each new belt requiring a new and more advanced skill set as well as advanced levels of focus and leadership ability.
