At the Kennedy Vision Sports Center , recreational boxingconsists of a 45-minute training that can go up to five times a week depending on your particular needs and desires. This boxing class always takes place in a group and is supervised at all times by a qualified, experienced and attentive coach.
You will learn the different basic techniques of boxingnecessary to the practice of this discipline then will evolve alone or in team of two people, the goal being to sweat your partner.

This course is for people aged 13 and over and if the child is younger, refer to the boxing classes for children .
