What to Expect
Client training varies from person to person. If you have limitations, we work on them. If you don't fully understand certain exercises, we work on them. If you need more assistance with nutrition and how you can eat better to achieve your goals, we work on that. Training isn't simple, but that's why I deal with the complicated stuff. My job is to communicate this complex stuff in a way that you can implement it. Everything we do has a reason for it and I believe every one of my clients understands that with this system of training they are always improving.
