New England Aikikai is a Boston area martial arts center. We offer classes in Aikido and Iaido for women, men, and children.

Aikido loosely translates to “the way of harmony with the universe.” When studied in earnest, it is more than a science of tactics or self-defense; it is a discipline for perfecting the spirit. Iaido is the traditional martial art of swordsmanship as evolved from feudal Japan.
