Hi, my name is Andy. I am a Certified American Council on Exercise (ACE) trainer. I have been receiving personal training myself the last couple years and decided to get certified to help others attain the fantastic results it provides! Fitness is a central and important part of my life. Starting weight training in middle school, I began a love of athletics, fitness, and exercise that continues to this day. I am a former athlete that has participated in many high intensity training programs and have continued fitness in many forms to this day. I have been coaching Junior High Football the last 6 years, implementing a team pre-season strength, speed, and agility program the last few years. In addition, I have taken on around a dozen players in personalized group training sessions in preparation of High School athletics. For fun, I participate in various mud runs each year and enjoy hiking.
