What to Expect
A typical training session always includes, A) warmup in order to get the body temperature raised and the joints and muscles prepared for the work to come B) the prescribed work for the session based on the clients goals and C) some type of cool down to adequately decompress and reset the body. There may be a few surprises thrown in here or there : ). I am a very hands on type of trainer who likes to demonstrate and participate with my clients as necessary as opposed to sitting and watching and dictating to them. I always expect an honest effort from my clients in the same manner that I always give an honest effort in providing the guidance and motivation required to get the most from the session. I do not believe in going through the motions, I believe in hard work and extra effort, as this is what brings about the best results. Training should be hard but it should also be fun and you should complete every session feeling like you gave a committed effort, feeling tired and proud of yourself and looking forward to the next session!
