What to Expect
A session will start with an assessment to measure my clients fitness level. We will talk about nutrition, which is very important for an athletes performance level. We will assess the athletes strength and conditioning levels, and we will create a plan to help the athlete reach his or her maximum performance level. We will work on strength exercises with weight lifting where I will teach proper technique. We will work on speed training, agility, and hand eye coordination by using techniques that are suitable for the sport that the athlete is playing. We will work on the importance of injury prevention by learning proper stretching techniques, as well as proper breathing during workouts which is very important in preventing injury. Strength sessions will take place in a fitness gym with cross fit style weights. Agility and speed training will take place at a park setting where we will use a field for drills.
