Every year, more than 10 million men and women in the United States are subjected to Domestic Violence, with nearly 1 in 4 women experiencing severe physical violence by a partner during her lifetime. These staggering statistics not only impact the individual victim, but also can be felt throughout families and communities. At 3B, our mission is to help empower victims to regain their lives by strengthening their minds, bodies, and spirits. Through self-defense classes, lifestyle retreats, and community awareness programs we seek to not only change the lives of victims but also the families and communities who support them.
