Why Taekwondo?
Taekwondo will vastly improve your physical fitness (you’ll burn around 700+ calories per class), as well as increasing your self-confidence, concentration and mental discipline. You’ll meet awesome people and be able to enjoy the many social events that happen through the academic year. You’ll also have the chance to compete and maybe one day, earn a prestigious black belt.

The World’s Most Popular Martial Art
Taekwondo (TKD) is a Korean martial art, characterised by dynamic and powerful techniques, particularly high section and air-borne kicks. It is practiced by 60 million people in over 200 countries. TKD is both an official Olympic sport and practical option for self-defence.
