About Me

My name is Chris and I am a Master Trainer with over a decade of high level success in the Chicago fitness industry. I have worked as a top tier personal trainer for FFC, XSport and Lifetime Fitness as well as a Program Director for Xsport. I have been an active contributor to many fitness publications as well as a successful fitness model.

But...the most important aspect of who I am is being a single dad to my amazing princess. And as such, I know how daunting and sometimes overwhelming life can get. I know how it can suck you in and not let go for a while. I have been there and I truly feel that gives me an edge, not only in being sincerely empathetic to your reality and life, but also a solid and genuine understanding of just how difficult getting and staying in shape can be sometimes.

My training background began in the U.S. Navy and when I left, I know right away what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Spending the last 15 years with the great honor and privelage of not only seeing, but being an integral part of people reaching and exceeding their goals has been an absolute dream come true. I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

Now I am taking my experience and making sure more people can achieve their goals without the time constraints, uneasy feelings and intimidation that tend to plague many gym goers. Consultations are absolutely free with no obligation so if you're looking to take that next step, improve your quality of life and health, look and feel better, message me any way you like.
