What to Expect

During our 1st session we will discuss your goals and fitness history, along with understanding my motivational style. Follow up sessions will begin with a 5-10 min warm up of functional movements and stretching. The main workout at 30-40 minutes will be customized to your goals. The completion of the session will consist of 10 minute cool down light stretching and minor conditioning.
