About Me

HI, my name is Christopher. I have had an interest in fitness since I was a 4-year-old little boy watching my father doing his daily sets of 100 rep push-ups in the hallway, I wanted to be like my dad so I would try and do them myself... at first I couldn't do many, 4 or 5, but as I tried harder and harder daily I soon did them with ease as he did and started to gain a look of physical accomplishment. Personally, I didn't realize the passion I truly had for fitness until later even though it was an everyday part of my life. I finally realized that in a way it actually relaxed me and I absolutely loved that feeling of accomplishment afterward. My father always said to me, "Son, you have two wonderful qualities about you... you LOVE helping and protecting others." As I got older I soon realized what he meant, I was always helping my friends and family do what mattered most to them and I was always sticking up for those that got picked on or were less fortunate.

I didn't realize until a little later in life that training others to live a healthier lifestyle and watching them succeed brought me joy and happiness. When I did, I researched the different certification schools to see which one would be best for me and which one held the best accreditation. After weeks of searching and investigating each one, I chose International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as they were the only one Federally recognized by the Department of Education. What this means is that they are not self accredited like the others and one can actually use Financial Aid to help pay for their education much like a College or University.

What to Expect

My clients can expect 110% dedication to helping them attain their goals and a direct interest in achieving them. I will push you further than you thought you could be pushed and just when you think you can't do another rep... you WILL do another, lol!
