To see reviews of my service google - Revamp LLC Charlotte. Hi, my name is Cole. I'm a trainer from the greater Philadelphia/NYC area who just moved to Charlotte. I'm rewarding my initial clients who are willing to try me out by offering them great prices, so don't be fooled by them, I am by no means a cheap quality trainer. I have 6 years of experience working under top doctors of physical therapy and masters of exercise science (I can provide recommendation letters upon request). I started body building professionally as a teenager and have since grown into yoga, calisthenics, power lifting, etc. There are many areas of fitness and I try to gain a background in all of them because they build off of one another. I consider weight loss and strength gain to be particular areas of expertise because I can demonstrate undeniable, numerical results in these areas.

What to Expect

Every session begins with a quick warmup on the treadmill while I check-in with you on nutrition to hold you accountable to the meal plan I lay out for you in the beginning. After that we begin resistance training with challenging weights as we go through the key functional movements of the human body (push, pull, squat, etc.). Once you've gotten a good pump we move onto the cardio portion of the session. Instead of boring yourself on the treadmill or bike I have my clients learn athletic skills like boxing, dancing, speed/agility drills, etc. (depending on what you prefer). To wrap up the session I stretch my clients out on my extra wide yoga mat and take them through a guided mediation while playing soothing music. You'll leave every session feeling like a fresh version of yourself!
