Hi there! I am a fitness fanatic! I spent almost 5 years in the military and have been an active competitive body builder since 2013. To me fitness isn't just a "phase" or a "trend" but rather a way of life to ensure we can be around for a long time and live a fulfilling active lifestyle. The military allowed me to travel across the country and meet people from all walks of life. My #1 goal (not to be cliche) is to genuinely make people happier and more confident to live a better life.

What to Expect

Clients can expect to be introduced into new training styles, new workouts, and a wide variety of exercises to develop a very broad range of abilities. Diet, proper stretching, cardio, weight training, resistance training and endurance all play a significant role in allowing us to achieve our goals. Through the military calisthenics and endurance became a strong point for me, so this will also play a role in my training sessions.
