Everyone has different fitness goals, and as a personal trainer I take them all equally seriously.

Trying to lose weight, gaining muscle, increasing your running pace, or even completing your first Triathlon or Obstacle Race can all seem like daunting tasks, and I know that because I've been there.

In my personal training approach I strive to not only give you a road map to success, but also guide you every step of the way and be your cheerleader.

I pride myself in taking time to get to know you, your current limitations, and what obstacles generally have generally kept you from achieving your goals. Together we will use it all to create your individualized fitness plan and lay the foundation for a healthier life.

What to Expect

I generally advise to leave 15-20 min extra for our first session for me to get to know you, your goals, limitations, etc. After that I will design a custom program that will help you reach your fitness goals as quickly, safely, and enjoyable as possible.
