About Me

Hi, my name is Dave. After serving six years in the US Navy I decided to pursue a career with fitness. Fitness and overall health & wellness have been a huge part of my life. So naturally helping individuals better themselves through fitness, while reaching their goals, has been an amazing journey. I’m huge on being well-rounded when it comes to my own fitness and you’ll find me doing anything from conditioning to weight training, swimming and running. I enjoy training others and sharing my passion for fitness!

What to Expect

A typical session is 60 minutes. Clients can expect a warm-up routine followed by some core activation. Each session is based on client specific goals and workouts can range from high intensity to lower intensity per session.
