What to Expect
Initially, I will take you through an assessment of 8 exercises to show you proper form and get a general feel for your level of fitness. Then I will make a workout routine personalized for you. Each of our session will go through your workout routine that I manage via Google Sheets so I'll know what you did in previous workouts to make sure you keep progressing. At first I will demonstrate the exercises and ensure your motor learning of the movement is strong. After awhile I will be there to make sure keep pushing for more results and throw new and random exercises to keep your mind and body involved.
