About Me

Beyond the certifications, I'm passionately devoted to helping my clients attain a level of fitness suitable for their lifestyle, their physical health and their emotion well being. I'm currently certified as a personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach by AAAI/ISMA. My fitness and athletic ability stem from many years of track and field and conditioning training. I strongly believe in adopting fitness as an integral part of living and not just a seasonal accomplishment, because fitness compliments all other aspect of life.

What to Expect

A typical training session with me is a total package of intensity, strength , high velocity and great workout music. My style of high intensity interval cardio blast jump rope workout has proven over time to build strong cardio strength. Weight is incorporated into all my training session; a toned body (lean mass) and strong core are achievable through cardio exercises and weight training. Our toning session is designed with light weight, high repetitive movements for that lean mass. I love great workout music and I strongly believe in having fun while working hard.
