What to Expect
A typical training session with me is a total package of intensity, strength , high velocity and great workout music. My style of high intensity interval cardio blast jump rope workout has proven over time to build strong cardio strength. Weight is incorporated into all my training session; a toned body (lean mass) and strong core are achievable through cardio exercises and weight training. Our toning session is designed with light weight, high repetitive movements for that lean mass. I love great workout music and I strongly believe in having fun while working hard.
