About Me
Hi my name is Evan and I am a certified personal trainer through the ISSA. I got into personal training because this is something bigger than myself. At one point I was 225 pounds, I am now 170 pounds. That changed my life in more ways than I can begin to describe. It made me feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. I want to help more people do just that.
