GRACIE JIU-JITSU RUSSIA ILMMA
Our organization has the official status of the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Certified Training Center and is the only accredited representative of the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy and METAMORIS in Russia. We specialize in the promotion of martial arts among children and adolescents.

The main goal is the formation in children of such qualities necessary in life as courage, decisiveness, endurance and discipline in combination with versatile physical development.

The main tasks are to temper character, to teach children the ability to stand up for themselves, to help the weak, to protect their loved ones, all that is defined by the concept of Civil courage. Having developed training methods for children of all age groups, starting from 5 years old and adults, we have been successfully introducing our system into practice since 2002.
