About Me

A few years back, I weighed almost 300 pounds and was diagnosed with high blood pressure. I was also diagnosed with asthma as a kid. Since changing to a healthy, fitness driven lifestyle, I’ve brought my weight down to 205 pounds, I’ve increased my muscle mass and decreased my fat tremendously. I’ve gone from purchasing asthma inhalers monthly to twice a year, if that. My blood pressure has also stabilized to a normal level. Living an active fitness lifestyle has enabled me to get my health under control and I can help you do the same.

I am also a certified American Youth Football coach. I have a strong passion for working with youth & high school athletes. I have helped many athletes increase speed, strength, explosiveness and conditioning. No matter what the sport is, I am knowledgeable in which muscles to strengthen and how to strengthen them to achieve optimal performance in any position.
