My name is Jakub, I am an NASM certified Personal trainer and TRX Suspension training certified. Before I decided to help others with their fitness goals I played professional baseball for Cincinnati Reds organization.
I have helped my clients reach their fitness goals ranging from:
weight loss, muscle gain, balance, maximizing range of motions, Core strength or Sport performance.
Plus I keep my clients accountable with monthly work out plans, home works, body fat measurements and food diaries.
