About Me

Hi, my name is Jamar. I fell in love with health and fitness at a young age. While attending high school I was extremely obese, weighing at over 280lbs at 5’7’. I had no confidence and doubted myself. I couldn’t stand to look at myself in the mirror. I decided to change, not only my body, but also my mind and spirit. My beginnings were basic. I read, studied and practiced good nutrition and fitness daily. Working tirelessly, after four months I lost 108lbs of fat. After getting my size down I joined the MCJROTC. I then proceeded to join the USMC where I also trained marines. I was discharged after surviving a horrific auto accident; due to my conditioning, I survived a broken neck. Now, I am able to spend my time training others to not only achieve their fitness goals, but also to maintain and progress their quality of life.
