What to Expect
I begin the workout with a warm up/talk. Warming up is to prevent injuries. Then the real work starts have fun but be ready to be motivated, pushed, smile, make ugly faces, be out of breath, feel the burn, feel your muscles pumped up, fatigued, feel tired or maybe use words you don't usually use if you have to. It's still your set embrace the suck. Then cool down talk about diet and answer whatever questions you have. I will be your guide to your path of successfully becoming fitter, healthier, and a better version of you. Just do the work and let me help you upgrade you.
