Future Client, My name is Joe and I'm a certified personal trainer in Meriden, CT with over 6 years experience in strength & conditioning, weight training, powerlifting, bodybuilding, weight loss and management, weight gain, nutrition, endurance/stamina training as well as 7 years of amateur boxing. I enjoy creating programs for clients to excel in there fitness journeys and help create healthier lifestyles for each one of them.
