What to Expect
I tailor my training sessions around the client's specific goals and needs. For people who are seeking improved wellness and health level, I put them through a full body workout each session, focusing on proper movement patterns and long-term results. For clientele with specific athletic goals, I will do more specified training focusing on speed, strength, and power as specifically related to their given sport. My goal with all of my clients is to teach them enough so that they can, eventually, know their body well enough to begin training themselves for decades to come.
