What to Expect
A typical sessions work will be focused on your specific goal. I will plan your programming on a monthly basis and each session will follow that plan. Whether it be fitness or nutrition related, whatever work that needs to be done in that session in order to show measurable progress toward your goal is what we will be doing. These activities include: - Resistance training in all categories (Dumbbells, Barbells, Calisthenics, Kettlebells, Plyometrics, functional movement) - Biometric measurement (measuring weight, circumference, body fat) - Nutiriton Planning (Food Logging, macronutrient calculation, habit modification, daily planning) - Flexibility and mobility work My training philosophy simple. Results are the only thing that matter. Sure, we are going to have fun... but the main reason why you will have fun, is because you are seeing the results.
