What to Expect
You are unique in body, mind, and experience. The most important focus of our session will be progression toward Your unique goal using my personal training equipment at my house on base. Secondarily, we will focus on teaching you how to train more efficiently and safely so you can feel confident in every session, with or without a trainer, that you are progressing toward your goals as quickly as possible. In short, we will make your body stronger where it is already strong by fixing any weaknesses that present themselves.
