About Me

To me there is no better pleasure than being fit, aside from guiding someone else into living a fit lifestyle and knowing they can achieve those goals because of my advising. I love when people want to change their lifestyle to become fit. If you give me 100% i will give you 110% back. I train my clients how i would want to be trained.

What to Expect

Depending on clients goals I chose a proper workout session to make sure client gets what his/her goal is. Typically I start with 10 minute warm up; either weight training, drills or both; then do a proper stretch to prevent injury and losen up the muscle tissues.
