What to Expect
Depending on the fitness goals and aspirations of the client, I generally will assess and stretch you out to analyze any imbalances or areas we should be cautious of to avoid injury. For my clients looking for low intensity, we will still challenge your neuromuscular system but with an approach that doesn't immediately put you in fatigue. High-intensity clients, you will be challenged. Not all workouts are the same, every session will be tailored to you and your goals. High intensity will challenge your multisensory system like never before, did I mention HIGH INTENSITY!!!
