About Me

How is it going! My name is Keaton and I am an experienced trainer/athlete with a desire to impact individuals thru fitness and nutrition coaching. I offer a variety of different training sessions with sports performance, weight loss and strength and conditioning training being my specialties. I have trained with kids from aged 3, to seniors aged 72. I love fitness and getting results, my promise to you is a safe, unstable controlled environment where there is no judgment just positive reinforcement to obtain optimal results for injury prevention, athletic performance, or just day to day activities.

What to Expect

Depending on the fitness goals and aspirations of the client, I generally will assess and stretch you out to analyze any imbalances or areas we should be cautious of to avoid injury. For my clients looking for low intensity, we will still challenge your neuromuscular system but with an approach that doesn't immediately put you in fatigue. High-intensity clients, you will be challenged. Not all workouts are the same, every session will be tailored to you and your goals. High intensity will challenge your multisensory system like never before, did I mention HIGH INTENSITY!!!
