KICK is a new boutique kickboxing studio located in the heart of Uptown New Orleans on Freret Street. The studio offers group fitness classes in an upscale environment utilizing cutting-edge technology and techniques. This unique concept focuses on kickboxing but also integrates Pilates and yoga elements. KICK was created by women, for women, to empower women.
