My name is Dante and I am a personal trainer in San Francisco!

I started my involvement in the martial arts at a very young age. I have also been involved in fitness for many years. I have combined the two into something I call Kickbox Fitness!

With my workout, you get 2 for 1! You will get into tremendous shape and learn how to protect yourself!

I do kickboxing workouts, and I also do regular non-kickboxing workouts. You can chose one or both of these workouts.
