What to Expect
A client can expect me to meet them with a smile on my face. I will warm up with them first to get the blood flowing by doing some dynamic stretching. After that I will go into the workout and push and motivate the person through out the workout. I will instruct the client how to do certain exercises before they start them. I will always be watching them making sure they are doing the exercise correctly and so they wont bring harm to themselves or others. If i see them doing an exercise wrong I will correct them and make sure they do it correctly. I will also joke around, laugh, and if they want, talk to them about any serious situation. I want the client to be comfortable with me and to have fun and enjoy going to the gym, not dreading it.
