What to Expect
I've been fortunate to work with a wide range of clients over the past 20 years. My youngest being 4 yrs old, and my oldest being 87. It's important to me to educate my clients about the body, about goal setting and how to achieve them, fitness, nutrition, and stress management in order to create a healthy lifestyle. Each training session is different, incorporating a variety of training techniques and focusing on the specific needs of the client to help him/her achieve their goals. A training session may include, but not be limited to: Functional training, resistance training, cardiovascular design, interval training, abs/core, balance, flexibility, sport specific training, and more.
