Matt has been involved in the personal training industry since 2011. He has worked with all age groups ranging from young athletes for track and field to senior citizens for functional movement programs.

- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Kean University
- Personal Training Certification from the National Council on Strength and Fitness
- Golf Fitness Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine

What to Expect

The first session begins with a typical consultation, and functional movement screening. This allows me to determine the best possible program for my clients. In general, my programs consist of a 5 minute warmup, followed by 50 minutes of weight-bearing and/or body weight strength training, and ending with a 5 minute cool down.
